Pawsitively Playful: A Guide to Safe Doggy Playdates
When it comes to setting up playdates for your furry friend, there are a few important things to consider to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone involved. Here’s our Pawsitively Playful: A Guide to Safe Doggy Playdates.
Keeping us on our toes
We have just brought home an 11 week old Giant Schnauzer. He flew in from interstate on Wednesday last week and although it hasn’t quite been a week, he has grown so quickly and we just can’t believe it.
Reggie is a beautiful boy. Last year we were fortunate enough to stop into see the breeder and her dogs on our way up to Qld and again on the way back.
Denmark Location Scouting
I headed out with my husband Leon and my trusty sidekick and model, Murray to scout for locations to shoot in and around Denmark. We started at the Doggy Park, and we were lucky enough to run into a lady named Robin, who is second Mum to the lovely Percy. Percy and Murray got along from the start and had a great time with each other.
Gillian with Billy, Hamish and Ruby
We were fortunate enough to have the very talented Donna from Everyday Dogs at this shoot to assist with dog handling. Donna’s extensive experience with dogs is truly obvious, and very much appreciated. Thank you Donna for your help.
Jane, Archie and Aussie
You don’t see many of these dogs around do you? Once referred to and commonly known as The Brittany Spaniel, I was recently informed they are actually not spaniels and these days are just referred to as a Brittany. Apparently they dropped the spaniel part from their name right back in 1982!
The Brittany was bred primarily for bird hunting.
Archie came to me from a model call. He loves Agility at the local Albany All Breeds Dog Club.
